What can I use on the Free plan?
LINE friend addition tracking and GA4 and Microsoft Clarity integrations are free with no volume limits. HubSpot integration is free for up to 50 synced events a month. Syncing results to ad platforms needs a paid Starter plan or above.
How is paid plan pricing determined?
Tiered flat-rate pricing based on the monthly synced event allowance. Pick a plan by how many destinations you send to, how much you send, and which features you need. Within a category, features are shared and only the synced event limit differs.
How are "synced events" counted?
Sending one billable result to one billable destination counts as one. Only successful sends count. Sends to GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and third-party LINE tools are not counted. Synced event counts are different from friend addition counts.
What happens to billing if I change plans mid-month?
Changing plans mid-month adjusts your bill pro rata for the change.
Are there setup fees?
Setup is ¥0 on every plan. Setup support from our specialists and other assistance services are optional paid add-ons.
Can I keep using the third-party LINE tools I already use?
Yes. Lignal connects with tools such as Lステップ, L Message, and LITTLE HELP CONNECT, so you can add tracking while keeping your current tools. Forwarding to third-party LINE tools is free with no volume limits on every plan.
